 Masoni Orchard, Gilroy 2004
Project Location: Corner of Santa Teresa & Thomas Roads Project Description: 14 Unit Planned Unit Development on 2.8 acres in southwest Gilroy. Homes were designed by Dahlin Design Group and feature stone facades, 9 foot ceilings and oversized garages. Project required Zone Change from Agriculture to Residential, RDO, CEOA environmental review and mitigations for salamander habitat through California Department of Fish and Game.
